From the very beginning of this process, we were very impressed with the promptness, care, and understanding by this group of people. They were always on time, friendly, and responsive to any questions we had. The quality of work and restoration was great and we would recommend them for any repairs needed. I had a sewage backup due to 72 ft of collapsed sewer line. My insurance company promptly contacted ServiceMaster. They sent Jason Fleming out. Jason was very thorough and a comforting presence after such a disaster. The crew that came out to catalog my items was very kind and thoughtful. Everyone makes mistakes though and they did accidentally damage something of my daughter's. Jason did an excellent job taken care of that and only came at me with kindness. There was no arguing or saying that his crew didn't do it, which I really appreciated during this stressful time. A young man from that crew removed the wood paneling in my basement to reveal material latent defects that were very obviously disclosed from me during the sale of this house when I bought it a year ago. He brought me downstairs and showed me the defects and advised me that that was not part of my insurance claim and that I would have to take care of that separately. I really appreciated that. It showed that they were really looking out for me. There wasn't uploading error when it came to our contents that was deemed non-restorable. Jason promptly sent out someone the next day to re-catalog everything. Because I have no skills or knowledge in this area of work, I'm not well, and I'm a lady who lives alone, I opted for the insurance to pay out service Master's directly for all of the work. However, because of the material latent defects that were discovered, Jason called me and advised me that that probably wasn't a good idea because they would have to do work up until a certain point and then stop and then wait for me to have other contractors come in and fix what was behind my walls and then come back, which would incur extra cost for me that were not included in the estimate that they insurance agreed to pay. I felt like he really was looking out for me when he made that phone call. He was looking out for my best interest instead of what suited his company's bottom line, and I really appreciate it that. So I went with the cash out option, and if I can't find the right contractor for me locally, I will be paying service Masters out of my cash out to do the work because I trust them. I trust Jason.

My 93 year old mom’s basement flooded this winter. Servicemaster took care of everything for us! Quick, professional, and responsive. They were excellent at jumping into action and taking a major problem off our hands from start to finish. Would definitely recommend the company and its crew!
Service master was assigned to us due to a fire in our home, they took care of all of the clean up, the disposal of all the things that were damaged. The team we had worked so hard to get us back in as fast as possible! It is is appreciated. I would 1000 percent recommend service masters and to anyone in our situation. They definitely took so much of our stress away. They made a horrible situation really as good as it could have been, and the staff genuinely showed a lot of compassion through the whole thing. House is spotless. Very efficient and effective team.
ServiceMaster was the responding company when my condo flooded in early January. From the first moment their professionalism was first rate. Later, as work progressed, Liana was awesome!! She never failed to answer any questions as they arose with a very positive response and she helped resolve much of my stress!! Had water damage that affected my apartment which involved getting baseboards, trim , toe kicks and suspended ceiling work done . Service master did a great job and everything was done quickly and to perfection . Jozo did most of the work aside from the flooring and could not be happier with the job he had done . I'd recommend jozo from service master for any carpentry work above none. The whole crew at service master did a great job as well, Liana , Harry sr, van , and the rest of the crew names I've forgotten .
My basement unfortunately flooded recently but I knew to call on Service master through my insurance company as I tried them in 2008. As upset as I was after the whole ordeal and after finishing my basement a couple of years ago, Matt assured me and worked hard to match the materials. The crew he sent with Jarret worked so clean and efficiently though not finished yet, they got everything cleaned up and removed in less than 2 days for the next step coming soon. Thanks so much for the friendly, clean and professional service so far and recommend anyone to call on them in case you need their services!

Absolutely never use this company!!!! Its taken them 5 weeks to do 1.5 bathrooms and they are still saying 3 weeks left to finish?! This is ridiculous we didnt use them by choice, chose someone else!! Emily has not been helpful this company has wasted so much time and my insurance time and money!!

James, Cindy and the rest of the team are some of the most professional, ethical and caring people I have ever encountered. This team tested everything and cleaned and decontaminated where required with the most respect and dignity for such a delicate situation. I called on a Friday morning, James was out to assess that same afternoon That same evening Cindy sent the quote for services. Monday afternoon the team arrived. Used every precaution, talked us through the steps and relieved every concern we had. By Wednesday we had a clear report. This is the team I would use again and would recommend to everyone!
In the aftermath of arson, Servicemaster, especially Matt, Danijel, Toni and Beth were so supportive and helpful navigating the restoration of our church building. Toilet handle broke upstairs, which overflowed the tank and leaked out into hallway/rooms & down into the main floor ceiling. Created a panic situation which was easily managed by Service Masters emergency after hours services crew. Started by Jared Charest putting me in contact with the PM Matt Layton. Matt was comforting and got the crew setup in short order. Then within an hour , Oscar, Joanna, Fabian & Max arrived with all the fans and dehumidifiers to get everything dried out, did not take long before they had everything under control, and kept things very clean troughout the process. First thing my wife mentioned to me as I was rushing home was how nice and helpful Oscar and his crew were . They removed some underlay and checked all around the house to ensure we would be taken care of. Really appreciate their quick and professional response. Felt like friends helping out.
