I appreciated the prompt attention to my claim and the timely completion of it. Priscilla and Emily were wonderful to work with. The trades people they sent to repair my roof and chimney were exceptional except for some of the workmanship originally done by a worker with Rahall Mechanical. When they were notified of this work, they sent Ryan over, who scoped out the issue and immediately acted on repairing the work.

Over all great service ! We had a high pressure water line fail on the main floor of our house, water ran down the hallway and found every nook and cranny to go to the basement. Right from original assessment of water damage to the clean up and drying of everything Service master was amazing to work with. Even all out belongings that got wet was meticulously opened or unpackaged, inspected and fully documented for water damaged, then all re-packaged. I just wish to Thank Service Master for all the great hard work who mad this traumatic experience bearable ! Paul D.
